Server is "Connected to the Cloud," but no one can connect to it

My little server network has been running fine up until today. Upon startup, my friend's server connects to the proxy just fine (judging by the "Connected to the Cloud" message in the console). However, when I try to use /server to connect to it or use a portal, absolutely nothing happens. When I try connecting using the domain that directs you to the server from the proxy, I get a "java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information:" error.

I'm using the latest GoLilyPad and LilyPad plugins so far as I know.

Try turning its online mode to false, or off. Depending which server client you are using.

Server A (your proxy) is unable to connect to Server B (the craftbukkit server).

I would assume it did, seeing as how the CB server stated that it "Connected to the Cloud." Or does that mean something else?

Each other server in the network can connect to each other and to the proxy just fine; it's just his server that's having the issue. There are no authentication problems that I know of, because the server in question says it connected to the proxy.

These are things things that could help you.

    Connection-throttle in bukkit.yml: 0
    latest version of bukkit-connect: http://ci.lilypadmc.org/job/Bukkit-Connect/
I once had problems with a server not having bukkit-portal and couldn't teleport to it: http://ci.lilypadmc.org/job/Bukkit-Portal/
has your friend got any firewall setup?
Are all ports forwarded that are needed?

I set the connection throttle to zero (also tried -1), but the problem persists.

All the servers are using the same version of Bukkit-Connect and the other two plugins, and his is the only server that is having issues.

His server is hosted on MC Pro Hosting, so firewalls and port-forwarding are of no worry on his side. I made sure all the necessary ports are forwarded on my side, though.
