Lilypad-portal not working

So when I make the portal it tells me the portal was create, but when i jump in it doesn't take me to the server that i set the portal to go to. Can anyone help me and it doesn't tell me that the server is offline so that's out of the question and i tried re-logging that didn't help.

yup and the /server command don't work either. if u want ill give you the ip so u can come and see it yourself?
