Hub Server - Portal Status Signs

    Basically it's signs which are placed next to each portal on the hub server, showing certain information.

    These signs show information such as:
    - Online/Offline status
    - Amount of players online

    This would be really helpful as i have seen this on many other servers which are using Bungee-Cord.

    You can do this.
    Use a portal plugin, and a sign plugin. But the sign on the portal.
