Go Lilypad Question

I recently downloaded goLilypad I've installed everything set it up was able to connect to my home server. Awsome

now here is my question how do i get the connect-linux and proxy-linux to start without opening and keeping open a terminal window?

I've read and reread the setup post and looked through the forums but being new to lilypad I most likely looked right and the answer and didnt realise it

And, for installation, just look up "How to instal linux screen on NAMEOFWHATYOURRUNNING" on google.

And, if your home hosting, just leave the window open and it will always be up.
