Login when sessions are down

So there is this plugin for bungeecord called "AlwaysOnline" basically it just checks for if the sessions are down and allows people with the same IP as their last login to join.

Example:
Before sessions go down:
Yive: IP = 127.0.0.1
After sessions go down:
Yive: IP = 127.0.0.1
Yive is allowed to login.

Before sessions go down:
Notch: IP = 127.0.0.1
After sessions go down:
Notch: IP = 10.0.0.2
Notch is not allowed to login.

I am assuming you are wondering if there is a plugin like this for LilyPad, and if not requesting someone to make it. LilyPad does not have a proxy API, therefor something like this would be impossible in the current state of LilyPad, unless you edited the proxy itself.

Ah dang, hopefully someday something like this is imported into lilypad itself or lilypad gets an API.

Lilypad has an API. The proxy side is written in GoLang, which has its ups and downs. This is one of the downs.
