Resolved Unable to minecraft ping

    Having a slight problem. Any servers using Bukkit-Connect cannot be minecraft pinged.

    Tested with Spigot #1639 and Bukkit-Connect #84

    As soon as the Bukkit-Connect plugin jar is removed, the server is minecraft pingable again.

    Raising this as a bug, as before the fake 1.8, it was still possible to minecrfaft ping servers behind a lilypad proxy.

    We use this to check the status of servers via Nagios.

    I assume you use the patched version of spigot ?

    I've spoken with @Coelho who said that this is intentional, however will look into adding a configuration option to enable pinging.
