Your using Jlilypad which support was drop for a long time ago. Since then the connect plugin has changed to become incompatible.
You need to use Golilypad:

I'll always to an easy job for cash, though I strongly don't advise it. Its quite a simple actually, though it looks slightly confusing. After reading the thread posted above, and reading the configuration guide http://www.lilypadmc.org/threads/configuration-guide.594/ most things should be cleared up. At the bottom of the thread that is posted above their is a video which you can easily follow and if you have any other questions we would be happy to help you here on the forums. This would also give you the skills to update it in the future.
