Scoreboard Player Counter For Lobby

I was wondering if someone can make a plugin like this"http://www.spigotmc.org/resources/bungeeplayercounter.269/" .
Any help will be appreciated.

@Shawshark has this, https://github.com/shawshark/LilyPad--ScoreBoard-Stats . If you send him a message and ask super nicely I am sure you could buy it from him, or he might give it to you. Also, the github repository has most of the work done if anyone from the community once to make a public version.

Were you able to get something on this working. What @Shawshark has is only half the picture as it doesn't psychically build any sort of scoreboard. I sent him an email, not sure if he'll answer.
