    You shouldn't be using the java based lilypad anymore - it's not been updated in about a year! - use GoLilypad instead.

    As for the error message, it's harmless - it's just warning you the particular combination of startup flags may not work in the future.

    From the lilypad build server.

    The ones you want are Go-Server-Connect and Go-Server-Proxy.
    You'll also need to add the Bukkit-Connect plugin to your spigot/bukkit servers :)
