Invalid "Hub is offline"

Hey, I'm currently having some issues.
Most of the players are able to connect to the server however some get kicked with a message saying that the hub is offline even though its not? I'm currently running 3 proxies on the latest version and they all have the same configuration so I'm not sure what the issue could be :S

Can you give a little more information? Build numbers of everything? Configs? Spigot/Bukkit? One hub or multiple? The more information the better.

I'm running one hub, Spigot build 1387.
Lilypad Connect build: #32
Lilypad Proxy build: #76

I have found upon further investigation that it is limited to my third proxy, it just stops forwarding people to my hub for a while and doesn't work until restart.

After how long of a period time? And, can you paste the console log?

Scratch that, all my proxies are operational but some players still get kicked with the error.

I'm currently only operating a single hub, some people can connect and come can't, I can't figure it out.
