I was on a server that i did /pl i see LilyPad-PortalCommand, LilyPad-Portal What does it do!

and i look at the server and i think the lilyPad plugins making a world to a own server!
with not the same plugins!

So... i need help to setup Lilypad plugins and please give me the plugins!

Please help me
