Automatically sends players to a "hub" server when the server stops

  1. Multiple Hubs & Kick Support

    No longer had source but multiple hub and kick support was requested so a rewrite.

    Edit "Hubs" in config.yml to add your hub(s). Set HubOnKick to false if you only want players to be sent to the hub server on restart.
