Easily move between servers with any item! (Gui Menu)

    Open the custom inventory, right click on the inventory item and you get dropped from server with an error:

    [05:15:26 WARN]: Failed to handle packet for /84.225.205.10:7481
    java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 45, Size: 45

    which is strange, none of my servers have that IP.

    Otherwise works perfectly.
