    It is completely possible but you will need to have a Dedicated Server or VPS to host LilyPad itself off of.

    You need to buy a dedicated server or VPS to host the LilyPad software. I do not recommend this software for smaller servers.

    It is the same. You install the Bukkit-Connect plugin and that does all the work for you. LilyPad's server itself needs to be installed separately.

    Google searches should help you with port forwarding. The ports you need to forward are 25565, 25566, and 5091 TCP.

    Build 16 of AllInOne is not the build where the patch was made. Build 17 works fine.
